7-Day Refund Policy

At Coaching Reports (“we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to feel confident when purchasing our digital products. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made through coachingreports.com.

By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to:

• Digital products sold directly via coachingreports.com, including but not limited to reports, guides, and other downloadable resources (the “Products”).

• Purchases made by individual practitioners, firms, and organisations (“you”, “your”).

This policy does not apply to any third-party products or services that may be referenced or linked from our site.

2. 7-day refund period

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date and time of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your refund request must be received within 7 calendar days of your purchase; and

• The purchase must have been made directly via coaching reports.com using one of our supported payment methods (currently PayPal or Stripe).

Refund requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@coachingreports.com with:

• Your full name

• The email address used at checkout

• Order number or transaction ID

• The name of the Product purchased

• A short note explaining the reason for your request (this helps us improve, but your refund is not conditional on the reason)

We will confirm receipt of your request by email.

4. Refund amount and transaction charges

If your refund request is approved:

• We will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, minus any non-refundable transaction charges applied by our payment processors (PayPal or Stripe).

• These transaction charges are fees retained by the payment processor and are not returned to us when we issue a refund. As such, they will be deducted from the refund amount you receive.

By way of example only (actual fees may vary):

• If you paid £99 and the payment processor retained £3 in non-refundable fees, your refund amount would be £96.

The exact transaction charge deducted will depend on the payment processor’s fee structure at the time of your purchase.

5. Method and timing of refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (e.g. PayPal or Stripe).

• Once we approve your refund, we will initiate it within 7 business days.

• Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Non-refundable situations

We reserve the right to decline a refund where:

• The refund request is made after the 7-day refund period has expired.

• We have reasonable grounds to believe there is fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith use of our Products or refund policy.

• The purchase was not made directly through coachingreports.com.

We do not offer partial refunds for “unused portions” of digital Products.

7. Access after refund

Once a refund has been processed:

• Your licence to use the refunded Product is considered revoked, and

• You agree to delete any copies of the refunded Product(s) in your possession and not to distribute, share, or otherwise use them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update or amend this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the new policy.
